Cost Summary
Enrollment Steps
Make sure you are a registered MACUDA America member (must have paid National registration at least once since 2006).
Make sure you are physically present in the USA.
Contact your Branch Coordinator to begin enrollment.
Pay the yearly administrative fee ($12) plus the yearly Akwate payment ($100 for 18+, or $50 for under 18).
Send payment via Zelle using one of the methods below.
Show your payment receipt to your Branch Coordinator.
Provide the name and contact information of your Beneficiary (must be 18+ years old, name as it appears on valid ID).
You have up to 6 months from enrollment to provide beneficiary information.
After 6 months from your enrollment date, you are fully vested and eligible for the $10,000 benefit.
