FIDUCIARY OVERSIGHT

Governing with Accountability

The Board of Directors is MACUDA-A's highest fiduciary body. Consisting of 7 directors (always an odd number for tie-breaking), the Board meets quarterly in January, April, July, and October to review strategy, oversee the National Executive, and ensure organizational accountability.
